Id rather have Semin before I have Penner. Penners 2 cup wins came as a result of having played on 2 very talented teams make him look better than what he really is in the playoffs.

Plus its easy to score the Cup Final clinching goal when the Coyotes are off their game as result of getting too emotional on the non-call to Dustin Brown for his hit on Rozi.

no IHOP please....

Negative on Penner. Moss and Pyatt are the designated pylons for this team.

We have plenty of pancakes already.

I know I shouldn't say this but this is a hell of a good year coming up to have a lottery pick. Not resigning Whitney (and likely Doan) may be the best move in the long run for this franchise. Sorry to bring it up.

No Dave Tippett team will ever pick in the top five.

Rather have TP than DP

Yup and the only way we can have at a top 5 pick is if we get a sucker to trade with. I wonder if Feaster would be a bigger sucker than Sutter was in getting Olli from us?

Bob mckenzie saying rumors about Foligno for Methot. I really hope we kicked the tires on Foligno.

Kid is like a poor man's Doan. Very impressive player, that I'd love to acquire.

which one?

Never mind, I see it was Nick (Sens)

I thought he was going to be part of the package that the Sens were offering for Nash. I guess Nash didn't want to go to Ottawa...

I liked Vermette when he was on Ott, but Cbus acriured him. Then he eventually got traded her. I also like Foligno, now he has been traded from Ott to Cbus.

He's got good size and a strong save % in the AHL. At worst he's a good option if we have an injury (we have each of the last 2 yrs).

Portland needs a starter, or at least a vet backup. They weren't going to go with two of Domingue/Lee/Visentin.

I'm seeing a lot of Hemsky rumors. Given the Oilers' needs for NHL-ready defensemen, I wonder if Summers/Schlemko/Stone and a 2nd rounder gets it done.
