I do think your coach does like Weber. He's spoken highly of him in international play.

No thanks to weber, the value and the need isnt there! I rather take a 2 pick for omark(prospect) or use him in a bigger deal. The thing is that omark is a cheap no risk high reward player with a higher value then some dreamers who change their roster every week depending how the wind blows thinks.

Pace for 43 p his rookieseason, played mostly with third and 4 liners, badly injured his 2 season, and we have not room for his offensive skills right now. topsix wingers hall, ebs, yakupov, hemsky, then smyth, jones for third line and Prv,harski knocking on the door.

Does Montreal have an extra power forward or top four defenseman for trade? Because thats what it will take for Hemsky.

Your coach seems to like swiss player.

Diaz and Weber for Hemsky

We have Rene Bourque as an extra power forward too.

Kaberle could be a good top 4 addition.

What about those 4 for Hemsky

get Hemsky and sign Jagr

All Czech trio
Hemsky Plekanec Jagr

Regardless of what the coach likes, if those guys aren`t good enough, they won`t get ice time. I don`t think any of those pieces would entice the Oilers enough to move Hemsky.

I`d do Omark and Potter for Weber though.

Peckhams problem is he is a little slow of foot and doesnt make the best choices with the puck all the time but by no means is he as terrible as u make him out to be. Hes a good gritty 6-7 guy who actually did quite well on the PK for us last year.

he was actually really good for what anyone expected. Decent pass, good on the PP and decent in his own zoe. Then he got injured. Not the same player afterwards, maybe the adrenaline of making the big league wore off or something. Easily one of the worst players I had ever seen for the 2nd half of the year. Him and Whitney together still gives me night terrors, an automatic 2 minutes pinned in your zone

Bingo. Considering his footspeed isn't that bad especially if his conditioning wasn't all that great as rumored, and 24 year old defenseman often have trouble with puck managment, i think there's a player here. He was 24, most defensive types are pressbox material at this point. I really wish people could remeber the struggles Chris Phillips, Ladi Smid, Willie Mitchell, Rob Scuderi, Matt Greene, ect.. went through before writing off such a young defenseman. He has had stretches of very effective play, and was a very good defenseman at the AHL level. This is a rebuild i keep getting told, so why do we have no patience with our young players? We all expect Petry to get better, and he's the same age as Peckham. Worst case scenario he should be effective as a role player in the enforcer/PK guy role. Look what Prust got for the exact same ****ing talents.
