I agree fw. All prospects are question marks until they make it in the AHL and then in the NHL. He is a great young prospect and very well thought of by the blokes at russianprospects.com and they seem to be up on those sort of things.

I was one of the folks who thought that Straka was injury plagued but after reading the Pens page they turned my head on it. He was injured by someone hitting him with a weight or something like that and other than that he plays allot of games on average. I am not sure of the total stats only that after I looked into it a bit I felt that his injuries weren't as bad as mentioned.

It could be worse, you could be talking about the all blacks.

I'd be willing to bet Anson Carter is available... Freddie Modin is ALWAYS available (I don't care how well Tampa's Playing) and you can always make a run for Iggy up in CAL.

Btu I'm happy with the pick up.

8 of the last 11 isn't bad.

I won't even bring up your Champs League record. At least you finally won a couple of games. :p

Under three minutes to go in the game. Strong effort from Cechmanke.

Will the Kings finally score an empty net goal?

Someone at LGK did mention that Carter was miserable in NY, but he has just been dogging it all year long. I'm not just talking about points either. His general lack of effort has what has disappointed me in the games I've watched this year.

If they do recall it they should assess a penalty to the stars. If it were Sim then he was checked into it and that is interf......bloody hell.

This is what is wrong with the NHL. It was either a penalty or a goal. Bleedin nonsense.

I can understand if Sim just skated into the net, but he was pushed/interfered with and the net "moved". It was never off the pegs.

Terrible call, but it's how the rule is written.

Umm... don't look now but we can still win our Champs league division with a win over Lokomotiv and we dumped Dynamo 5-1... I think you're underestimating Arsenal's little comeback here...

But that's for another board...

Kings Win!!!

The refs sure earned their pay from the Stars tonight.

Another great game from Frolov and a strong game from Cechmanek.

Roman is the best player on the ice for the second game in a row! Of course, the kids were alright! What a way to spend one of my last nights in LA! Way to go Kings!

So the Optimists say: Kings beat a good team that was on a roll winning 3 straight.

The Pessimists say: Kings beat the Stars without Modano for half of the game.

Which is it??!?!?!?
