Nah, he will get a big payday somewhere. Teams were just waiting for the big pieces to get signed.

I just hope its not the Rangers.

To be fair, I'd be an angry person to if I was a fan of a pathetic team/franchise like the CBJ

i hope everyone is scared away by his reputation...i'd love to pick him up at a discounted price (compared to other ufas) cause people overreacted to those things

Mr. 7.8 outscored the useless 22 year old scrub by a WHOPPING 18 points!

I would assume. Semin would love playing in Detroit's puck possession game.

No I believe you're right. I wasn't thinking what GM was tenured then, just thought of returning players. My bad.

Not going to happen. He will bounce to the KHL if it comes to that.

I honestly have heard nothing about Semin. It has been the Suter/Parise week.

Can trades still go down today? Are NHL offices open?

He's a malcontent, a regular Houdini, and a bongo fighter. On top of that, he'll ask for a ton of money.

Semin's the kind of guy who will either go to the KHL for a zillion dollars or get a very lucrative one or two year deal to give him the chance to prove he's still an elite player.

Anyone who gives him more than two years is begging for trouble.

You know sooner or later we are going to get Nash.

The guys who are strongly against it should really start to get used to the idea.

Sather has been trying for him for a half year, he will get him sooner or later. Just like he wanted to get Jagr for months.

Nash will be a Ranger, for better or for worse.

I mean I don't know. The two things today were free agent signings. I don't think you need an NHL go between for that.

Would Andrei Kostitsyn be a viable option?

Maybe decent as a second line wing.

Send a message via Skype™ to BBKers
Minnesota will likely need to dump some salary
Setoguchi???
What would he cost do you think?

Win 7 is to Win 2000 as Radulov is to AK-47... same bugs with less gimmicks

AK-47 needs to mature first

Dunno if "What kind of funny?" fits into a lighthearted locker room atmosphere.

Andrei Kostitsyn does not need to be anywhere near NYC or Brighton Beach. I'll leave it at that.

Suter and Parise both to Wild not that bad for us.

Minny not enough a powerhouse this puts them over the top, plus we don't deal w/them most of the year.

If the Devs have $$$ woes, MAYBE we can hope to deal for Larssen.
I know, division rivals, etc., but if there is a sale, we'd want to buy in on that.

The Rangers and Devils have never made a trade and I don't expect the first one to be a recent 4th overall pick going one way.
