Wrong, if anything the Hawks have the most overrated roster in the NHL.

Toews is at best a 4th liner on the pens. Kane is a AHL drunk.

agreed. He's awful, especially when he's not playing like Mike Smith or Martin Brodeur. He needs to be away from his net at all times.

I don't get the Backstrom hate, in terms of actual goal tending ability he is incredibly underrated, his positioning has always been top 5 on the league but he worked incredibly hard on his lateral movement too these past 2 years and is really good now in nearly every aspect. He's not flashy, like most Wild players, but he is super effective at his job, better than Harding by quite a bit at this point and I am a huge fan of Josh. It wouldn't take leddy for me to give him up but it would take a solid contributor/future developing player on a good contract for me to be willing to give him up this season.

It may not be in the cards but if he is willing to take a discount I would gladly take him back on an extension and trade one of our other goalies next summer.
