First!

Necessary ^

Still kinda surreal to me that we have both of them for the rest of their careers.

Thanks for the new thread!

I am so numb still. I can hardly believe it and pray it's still not some awesome dream that I will soon wake up from. I remember praying Lawton was correct and man, was he ever. It all started with that dude. He knew his stuff.

Yep, I was playing golf yesterday when I started seeing the tweets come in about the signings. No $hit, I did a cartwheel on the 7th green....my uncle thought I was nuts....

Koivu's gonna top his career high next season. Power play should be fun to watch.

I think he can get mighty close. Hes always at the .75-.85 range. Kaptain can do it.

i want to see the first person who gives a heavy crosscheck to Koivu get buried by Kassian or Konopka to send a message. Even if it's a guy like Suter (who got him last year).

We just signed a top 10, arguably top 5, defensemen in the NHL, as well as a top 20-30 forward. That's so crazy! I was literally laughing when I was reading the news on Twitter.

Needed to come post in the 2nd thread just to make sure this was real.

Also, yesterday I got to bust the chops of my buddy who's a big Wingy fan. Felt so damn good.

I think the PK will go:

Brodziak - Powe (Konopka in FO)
Suter - Stoner

Koivu - Clutterbuck
Scandella - Gilbert

We can also play Parise on PK if necessary as well as Heater but they should be counted as extras. Let the designated killers handle the killing.
