Just looking at cities themselves....

Chicago
Minnesota (Twin Cities)
Toronto
Pittsburgh
Boston

.... that's likely the order of the cities I'd most like to play in. When it comes to teams, Hawks are on top and the others would probably vary based on personal taste the fluctuates slightly and overall skill of the teams in question which fluctuates greatly.
