didnt know pitt added vokoun. should make them a tougher team than last year. and although pitt lost staal, they played most of the year without crosby, so the team should perform better with crosby and malkin than it did with staal and malkin (assuming this is strickly a last year vs this year comparison). so i would say they are improved.

I'm guessing it shows your opinion if they did or not.

Whose to say Crosby isn't injured all year again? If he is, they don't have Stall to fall back on anymore.

Thats a valid point. But we have to kind of make some assumptions to analyze the future against the past.

It's just the facts man, we can all form our own opinions.
I'm glad he made the thread, I can see all the East moves and get an idea where the teams will be at next season.

I'm worried about losing Garrison. I think the saying "You don't know what you have until it's gone" saying applies here. Garrison played a load of minutes in every situation on the ice. I thought we were shaky in the games he missed in the playoffs. Our power play will change because we lose the big shot. Just stinks to see him go, he was a great fit here and probably won't be the same in Vancouver. Maybe, maybe not. Who knows. Fact is, we lost a dimension to our offense. Where we didn't have a lot offensively to start and replaced Garrison's shot with what? Nothing. So we sit back and pray that Huby has a 25-25 rookie campaign.

Panthers land one of the very few top-6 forwards left on the UFA markets. Good job, Tallon.

We can form our opinions with just the list. I'm talking about the added list with a ^, V, and - next to each team.
