No, this purchase is far from over. The tax referendum to increase sales taxes has the necessary signatures to send it to the Nov. ballot to be voted on ( if there is enough valid signatures). If this tax increase is voted down the city of Glendale does not have the money to pay the Investment Group the first year management fee of 17 million dollars. Without that the sale of the Coyotes is dead in the water. This my not be resolved till Nov. of this year.

This saddens me. I've never had any animosity for the 'Yotes or 'Yotes fans. I relished my time on the Phoenix bandwagon last spring (especially after Raffi was suspended).
