To all ya Finns out there (perhaps Swedes as well):

I've done some researching and found out that NHL Shop shipping doesn't cost too much. Under 5 euros, as far as I know. I've e-mailed Hockey Lodge and I'll recieve some info on their shipping cost today as well. So inquire me via private message about that if you have any interest in the matter.

no way in he** I would pay $200 for a replica jersey. find a blank on Ebay for like $50-80 and have the Lodge do it for another $70 and save 70-50 bucks.

I live in Norway.. So for me it may be the cheapest solution.
If i start with buying a blank one, then have to ship it all the way from norway to get the lettering and numbers done, then shipping it back... well... its gonna cost.

I was more sort of wondering if the dealer was legit?

Is the shirt, name and numbers the REAL DEAL?.. (Not real authentic ofc, but real "Premier"?)

The worst scenaria is too end up with "haulat" kinda looking thing... and i really dont want that..

In your case it would make sense. The replica or premier jerseys are never faked. Those looked good.

First post of many here on HF I assume.

My question is where does one find a good (cheap) deal on a 3rd green authentic sweater? I want to jump on the Suter bandwagon and I don't trust the overseas knockoffs.....or should I?

I am having trouble finding any 3rd green jerseys anywhere regardless of quality. Anybody else notice this trend?

I got stuck with a Haulat.... :'(

Hard to say whenever you are buying off of ebay or any of those online sites. I've learned to only trust sites with the official merch and paying $120 for the jersey. These fake jerseys even have the proper tags on them so in photos they could look identical to the real thing until you get it in the mail. Basically it's buyer beware.

Some fakes I've gotten look amazing though (I got a Mike Green caps jersey that looks perfect!)...but I don't like taking the risk anymore.

Others have suggested that you should find a Miettinen Wild jersey (should be on clearance) and get the name bar taken off and have Suter put on it. Not sure how easy/hard it is to take off the name bar though.....

Authentic? Yeah aside from finding a Miettinen and having it transferred, I can't help you.

And if you're talking authentic, you shouldn't be thinking about overseas.

Honestly, I think the replica greens look pretty great. You can get them customized and I think it's ~$175 total? Or if you can find them pre-done, maybe closer to $150? I bought mine blank for $100.

Yeah, I have been on the lookout for a Mittens jersey but I have not found anything. It would be the most telling if I could see the replicas and authentics side by side to physically feel and see the differences to see if it is worth the extra $100 or not.

Just bought 2 reds for the amount of 169 $ each with customizing with Parise and Suter. Site is 100 % good feedback and have been selling over 1000 jerseys, so i think im safe..

Ihave to noticed the difficulty of finding the green one, and have found out that i may just have to wait untill the season starts to get one when they get there stock back up..

I also have some knock-off "overseas" that looks ok, but you can see by miles that its not official..

Good god people. Can't you tell the posts are being intentionally deleted because of content forbidden on the board? It's not an accident they disappear.

Any links to replica jersey sites will be deleted as spam. Should be pretty obvious if someone has two posts and keeps linking to replica sites what the intent is.

My intentions were serious, I'm new to this site and I honestly didn't know I was doing anything wrong until the previous 2 & 3 posts. I was just trying to get some help finding authentic jerseys and trying to find the cheapest way possible, I am aware there are many scams out there and I was just trying to do some research and see if anybody else could help me out.

My apologies.

Will be imported into the NHL 04 mod as a fantasy jersey eventually but no in-game preview yet.

Dang, i'm having a hard time deciding who's name and number to put on my red sweater. If Dumba was already a solid NHLer i would get his name on my jersey without a second thought. My heart tells me to get Parise, but everyone and their freaking mother has a Parise jersey and i've always hated being a crowd follower.

I would normally agree with you on the crowd following part, however with Parise joining our team everyone should get a ZP jersey..

Ive already ordered 2 reds with Suter and Parise.

Will order atleast 1 green with Suter, and maybe green with Zucker aswell..

I know, i've been telling myself that i'm not just "following the crowd", that i actually appreciate what he means to this team. I love the way he plays, without fear. He's also a home grown Minnesota boy. A signed parise sweater will also make a great wall decoration in the future.

Backs, Hards or Hackett. Although, Backs will likely not be a Wild anymore in the near future.

Personally I'd probably go for Spurgeon but I'll stick with the all-time points leader's sweater, Gabby.

I understand. They're all nuts anyway , although I do have an authentic Giguere though which is kinda cool.
