How Good is Stepan Defensively?

hi guys, i'm playing a fantasy draft and having a hard time choosing between Ennis or Stephan for my 3rd line. I know Ennis is pure skill but how good is Stephan defensively? might choose Stephan if he's a real responsible player. Help me guys.

Do you mean Stepan? If so, yeah, he's pretty decent.

Yeah, he's a real Rick Nash out there. Terrible.

But if it's a fantasy team, why do you care?

Do people seriously not realize his name is Stepan and not every other way people have been butchering his simple name?

Stepan is good defensively for his age. However, I think Ennis will get 70+ points next season. I'd take him over Stepan.

No I actually didn't get what you meant, but I didn't think you were being serious either way.

Now that you've pointed that out, I quickly clued in to the joke.

While it was I joke I think part of it is true, none of the Rangers can hit an empty net.

He's decent now.

He was a great defensive player before the pros, but his speed is giving him issues in this department. Just a little work on his skating and he can be twice the player he is now, both offensively and defensively. His hockey IQ is through the roof.

I think he's great when he can actually get in position, but no doubt his poor skating limits defensive play somewhat.
