Simon Gagne underwent surgery to remove “mass” from his neck
Quote:
RDS’ Renaud Lavoie reports that Los Angeles Kings winger Simon Gagne underwent neck surgery to remove a five-centimeter “mass” about three weeks ago. The good news is that Lavoie also reports that Gagne is “already 100 percent” and training for next season.

Hammond mentioned it in his player evaluation of Gagne. Seems as though it was just a small procedure but has increased his mobility in his neck.

Gagne recently had a surgical procedure done on his neck, and initial reports indicated that he was greatly encouraged by an increase of mobility in his neck.
