Dumont. A shame he isn't in the top 20.

Add Trunev.

Both Dumont and Avstin should be in the top-20, which paradoxically shows that the 2012 class is both solid and overrated.

I would have never expected Vail and Hudon in the top 20. Thrower and Bozon are a bit of a stretch too, but less so than Vail and Hudon. Galchenyuk and Collberg I agree with though. To each, their own.

From the last thread;

IMO players like Dumont are irrelevant as far as NHL prospects go because their upside is that of a player who makes league minimum who can be aquired for nothing at any point of the season. I like having him in Hamilton but that really is the extent of his value. At least Hudon has the possibility of being something more as an NHLer.
It's still early in Hudon's case, but I will say this. I have a better feeling about Dumont's impact with the club on the 4th line, then I do with Hudon in the top 6. Maybe it's just me, but I love Dumont's style a lot. He's a pitbull on the ice and is exactly the energy-type commitment guy the Habs need on their bottom 6. Imagine him being tailored by Prust and Moen.

Jodoin had very kind words for Naatinen last year I have more faith in him reaching the NHL than Avtsin so I'm going with him.

Add Berger.

I was there and believe me agility was one of strong suits, I thought he was better than Mac Benett on all aspects.

I guess he'll have more room to impress...

I voted for Walsh because I've never heard of him. Why are we still doing this?

Because there are still very decent prospects up on the board and no one forced you to participate?

Dumont again

Why people keep voting for Alexander overrated Avtsin? Some stats comparing Dumont to Avtsin
In AHL: GP G A PTS
Dumont: 123 18 24 42
Avtsin: 121 11 23 34

And Avtsin is supposed to be the one with some incredible offensive talent. I just do not understand the love for that guy.

I think everybody agrees that Dumont is a better asset at this moment, it's just Avtsyn skillset that get people to hope (less and less) that he can put it together.
