I wish I remembered what thread it was in that a couple people were whining about how elbows should be banned because they ruin fights. It might have been the Cain/Bigfoot fight. I think this week of MMA action has shown just how ridiculous that is.

Good night of fights. As much as Strikeforce is overlooked they do put on entertaining cards.
Kennedy is really hard to watch, I've never seen anyone look good against him. Glad he lost, Rockhold gets a free pass for tonight's performance from me.
Marquardt looked fantastic last night. One of his best outings in a long time.
Exhibit A that Greg Jackson is an overrated game planner: Keith Jardine. In the first 2 rounds he threw silly combinations then ended up putting him in the clinch with Gracie and getting grapple****ed for the rest of the round. How could they possibly think that was a good idea? Round 3 comes along and Jardine stares at him rather than throwing uppercuts when Gracie shoots for his lazy takedowns. Roger has some of the worst striking in MMA and Jardine was completely unable to take advantage of it.
Fantastic performances by Nate the Great & Larkin! I'm reserving judgement on Gracie for now even though I'm a fan. He looked awesome but as DFA mentioned, the gm plan made no sense at all.
I couldn't be happier for Nate, he's been such a high level fighter for so long it would have been unfortunate to see him fade away in BAMMA or something.
A few more outings like that and we may has a new contender for the UFC WW division.
Hopefully Jordan Mein gets bumped to main cards in the future, missed his fight.
Did anyone watch Healy/Hirota? I read a few play by plays & the majority had scored the fight for Hirota, what gives?
