as long as this doesn't mean that we aren't still pushing for another top 4 defender then I am fine with Teddy coming back. I wonder how Krueger will play him.
How is this a bad signing? One year at next to nothing for a young defencemen who looked decent two seasons ago is not a bad move. He has a year to show if he belongs (maybe less than that if he's waived). Low risk, high reward. Worst case is he's gone in a year or less.

He's sort of endeared himself to me because of that clip of him and his mom during an episode of Oil Change, but whatever. He needs to step up this year in a big, big way.

Agreed, and if he can return to potential form (5/6 defenseman with some emotion)
At the beginning of last year he was okay until that fight where he got his concussion, ever since than he was playing at a lot lower effectiveness level.
I hope Theo gets back to his year before last form and proves that he belongs in the NHL, even if the Oilers don't want to have him at least it will increase his trade value...

We got Schultz, Petry and Whitney. We don't need Potter on the PP anymore.
Peckham is slow and hasn't done anything in terms of development over the last year. I'd take Sutton over him.
I don't see why we've got 8 d-men... I kinda think there's a trade in the works... weird... really didn't think that we'd see Peckham get resigned. Makes no sense at all.
