You can attack the hyperbole if you want, but the basic premise is true. He put himself at far more risk by being at that type of place at that time.

AP´s retained Houston attorney Rusty Hardin as his legal counsel. You may remember him from such cases as the Roger Clemens aquittal, the Enron scandal, and Anna Nicole Smith going after her old dead husband´s money.

Haha isn't there a "How I met your mother" episode based on that?

Broncos DE Elvis Dummerville Arrested (Felony charge)

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...ssault-charge/

I was thinking of making a new thread, but there is no "Arrested" prefix.

Aggravated Battery with a firearm (A felony) is only a $7500 bond ,, Seems absurdly low

-- Made this a seperate thread given he is big name player so felt it was worthy of its own thread --

You're a mod, can we add an "Arrested" prefix?

You know what I am gonna talk to the admins and see about that as it seems something that would be of relevance during NBA/NFL offseasons

It seems like the Broncos have been getting close to Bengal territory for arrests the last few seasons (I am sure our legal expert BWC can elaborate)...

Yep forgot that, and Richard Quinn was some kind of domestic charge. Both "character guys" that McDaniels wanted.

I'm not sure if he was still a nominal member of this team or not, but it was post season.

All NFL Arrests here (Dez Bryant + Marshawn Lynch = Latest)

http://espn.go.com/dallas/nfl/story/...iolence-charge

If I'm Jerry Jones I would seriously have a heart to heart talk with this guy, he needs some much needed direction.

Confirmed that Marshawn Lynch of the #Seahawks was arrested July 14 at 3:42 a.m. by California Highway Patrol in Oakland.
Move over Dez Bryant, Marshawn Lynch wants some glory as well
