Subban for Ryan, Nash, Kane (one or the other) would make sense. With a package I guess. But we have no reason to trade PK unless it's to improve the team.
Cut the petty offers ! They are as bad as the infamous Halak, Ryder and a 2nd proposals.

Subban will not be traded unless in a package for a concession player. None of the ones mentioned here, however excellent players, fit that category. You can now start PK+....... for Shea Weber rumors.

I would not trade Subban for Patrick Kane. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't want any part of him no matter what the price might be. Sometimes, team chemistry is worth not having the best talents.
I wouldn't mind having Subban on the Sens. I know Ottawa does have the pieces for him, but the question is: Would they do it?
Personally, I would offer the following:
Jared Cowen (Will get flammed for this I know)
Mark Stone
1st in 2013
Gonchar (For Salary Purposes).
for
Subban (Agrees to a contract extension)
3rd Round Pick in 2013
Subban - Karlsson pairing locked up long term would be deadly for Ottawa. Yes, losing Cowen would hurt but getting Subban back would soften the blow. Not sure if Gonchar would be needed to help offset salaries.
To be fair, he's not the only one. I'd actually think they'd be amazing together.
McDonagh regularly faced some of the highest competition numbers in the entire league. Corsi stats will back that up. He also came up 4 points shy of Subban's offensive production while getting nearly 3 minutes less of PP ice-time per night.
Subban might be more talented offensively and flashier than McDonagh, but McDonagh is the more complete player. I'm not saying Subban is a bad player, or that I wouldn't gladly ice a pairing of Subban and McDonagh for the next 12 years, but at this stage in their careers, McDonagh is the #1 d-man on the Rangers, and I don't think Subban would knock him off that podium.
you disagree?? show me numbers, or any valid argument other than " LOL, no"
Well, despite McDonagh not having the rep as an offensive d-man, he scored about as many points as Subban while being much better (IMO) in his own zone. He also placed in Norris voting (11th).

To be fair, if Subban were on the Rangers corps, I wouldn't be surprised to see him knock off McDonagh for the #1 spot. Disciplined team, working system, good coach. All of that would do wonders for him.
