I agree...that's why I moved all my seats there (and suggested everyone else try and do the same.) Planned my seating upgrades for the least few summers to put me in position to get in row 1 and 2. Looking forward to checking them out.
So what do I do when I'm bored at home and nothing is on TV? I create some very poor renderings of what my seats might look like in 2 years
I used the height of the level 9 suites and location of the West Balcony to create this image, which is taken from Section 208 Row 17. I think this is a pretty safe bet on what the view will be with the bridges. I would think the bottom of the bridge gets closer to the ice level as you move up every row -- so I'm afraid to think what a row 24 might see

That is highly doubtful. The bridges are the piece de resistance of the 800 million dollar renovation.
And nothing anyone here says will change that. If you can't do anything better with your time at the game than heckle the people on the bridge, you should give your tickets up to someone who actually wants to watch professional ice hockey.
