He has the skating ability, size, work ethic, and hands to make a career for himself.

If there's anyone in our prospect pool I think will bust, it's Phillips. He's a poor skater and relies on his hands too much. I just don't see successful top six players in the NHL without even average speed.

I smell electoral fraud.
There is no way Minnesota Wild has 120+ fans at HFBoards, that would be able to vote!

Oh come on. Granlund is leading by 100 votes, and 2nd place has all of 10. This one's more done than an overcooked, dried out thanksgiving turkey.

You don't have to be a regular in the Wild forum to vote in Wild forum polls.

Impossible, that would mean someone else was actually interested about the Wild.

Plus there are probably a fair number of lurkers who never actually post here but are actual fans of the team.

kind of funny in the Granlund vs Silfverberg poll, some sens fans find it hard to believe that Granlund is the better player right now. Granlund has been talked about as one of if not the best prospect outside of the NHL for a while now

Not just prospects, arguably the best player.

To be fair, I don't many of us have seen Silverberg play so its hard to compare.

Silfverberg is an enormous talent, but just a shade below Granlund. Chalk it up to hype or his positioning in the draft, but Granlund is a step up because of that and his international play.

Not that he's not a good prospect to. You never see him talked about with the likes of Granlund, Tarasenko and Yakupov like we have for a while

Depends on who you're talking with. Silfverberg has just been under the radar. No one would put Larsson in any talks, he flies under the radar so much.

I'd say more Mikael and Markus if Markus was as good as Mikael, but still got drafted in the 2nd round. Silfverberg just doesn't get the attention Mikael does.
