Marian Hossa?
Hi guys, how do ya guys think Marian Hossa will perform next season after the nasty concussion he got in the playoff? Any input are appreciated.

he will be good, but Kane will put up more points than him. The possible lockout and the missed time of the season will only help him

I expect another good season as he will start season full rested as he was last season. He's flying to Chicago today where he'll undergo medical tests.

Assuming he heals up, I'm sure he'll remain one of our top point producers.

If he's not ready, I hope (but I do think) he will just tell the team, sorry, too bad, need more time, even your quack team doctors say I am ready for 22 minutes a game today.

He's not the kind to score by playing an aggressive or dangerous game, his game these days revolved around hockey IQ and strength on the puck. Keeping that in mind, I'd conclude his game won't suffer much at all. He's actually really good at defending himself when he can see the player coming.

And when the player doesn't jump a foot off of the ice.

I think his age and his linemates effect him for next year then his injury, we have seen many players come back from concussions and play just as before, Crosby, Toews, Giroux etc. He will be 34 later this season and unless he is with Toews on the 1st line he might be playing with Kruger, Saad, ? as he C.

No one really knows how he'll come back from the concussion. I'm hoping for the best but preparing for the worst.

I'd rather give him a month off than force him in too soon. Lockout may make that happen anyway.
