My point wasn't that he is a superstar, or that he will eventually become one.
More of a thought on the quest for finding one in Montreal. The last superstar forward probably was Lafleur. Pacioretty won't ever get to that level, but he's going to be an awfully good player for a long time.
A lot of it depends on who Bergevin and company surround him with. If they are able to continue to develop/draft talent up front, Pacioretty has all the tools to blossom into a premier power forward in the NHL.
