If they didn't, I think Howson would be foolish to wait this long to take a diminished return.

If they are indeed in the market for Doan. I'd have to think that'd mean Kreider is more likely. They'd already have Nash, Gaborik, Callahan and Doan on their top 6 wings.

I am preparing myself for a deal that does not include Krieder either, but multiple other pieces. Which will be a disappointment. If Krieder's in, I'll be pleasntly surprised.

Quantity over quality, most likely. Hagelin or AA maybe, stuff like that.
