Anisimov looks like the foreign kid you feel bad for in your school because he has no friends. I wish him the best of luck.

I hope Dubi comes back in the future. I also would not mind going after Anisimov when he becomes a UFA. I am actually feeling sad because Dubi and Ani have been a huge part of this team and we all basically watched them grow up in to very good NHLers.

I'm really gonna miss Anisimov. He really started to become one of my favorite Rangers.

Already talks on the Columbus boards of Dubi wearing a letter, or maybe even the letter. That would be so amazing.

That Pack Line had a helluva a fun run for a little while. Crazy to think 2/3 of it is gone, but that's life.

Hope they both have excellent careers.

As much as I like the trade I will really miss these two. Two of the first bright spots in the new wave of Ranger drafting & development.

Great teammates by all accounts as well. Best of luck!

Dubi played a big part in ushering in the new identity of the Rangers in recent years. Good locker room guy, always stood up for his teammates, and busted his ass on the ice. I'm sure he's devastated to leave, but he's going to have a great opportunity to lead and instill a hard-working mentality in Columbus. I wish him all the best.

I liked Arty as well and appreciated his quirky sense of humor. Here's hoping he can hit the 20 goal mark and then some in Columbus.

Farewell two guys that gave us a lot, never was a fan of Dubinsky but I was trying to let him grow on me. Loved AA from day one. Hope you guys do really well in CBJ and we beat you in the finals in a few years.

Anisimov is on his honeymoon. Ouch.

Caps fan, visiting in peace, to gauge the reaction to the "Big Trade."

Well guys, you got your big power winger!
Nash wanted, and probably needed/deserved a new team.
Blimey, he is bloody huge!

I honestly think this is a great trade for both teams though.
Truly think that Dubinskys loss will be felt, and I was really impressed by Anisimov.
The gunning of Tampa will always be one of my fave NHL moments (even funnir was the image of poor Artem sat in the locker room waiting for the coaches wrath!)
Seemed like he was always in the coaches doghouse: often I was baffled.
A Fresh start could really launch the next phase of his career.

Gosh, I cant wait for the season to start now..lol

Losing Dubi is the only part of this deal I don't like. Like others have said, he, along with Cally Staal and Girardi, was a big part of the transition to the lunch-pail team the Rangers have been the past few years. I really wish the Rangers had been able to win the Cup while Dubi was still here.

Heck of a Ranger! Glad he was a part of the rebuild. Sad to see him go. He reminded me alot of Adam Graves. A good teammate, brought grit, swagger, and a touch of scoring. It was great watching him develop, particularly in his first couple seasons playing next to Jagr.

Hopefully he does well in Columbus. Thanks Dubi.

if Arty scores on Lundqvist I hope he does his sniper celebration and that the Rangers will be ok (and even laugh) with it.

I will miss Anisimov big time, fan of Dubinsky as well. It will be tough to make up for this missing depth, but I like the trade overall.

We already beat the snot out of them when they came to the Nat last year post-deadline (including a goal by JMFJ), but, hey, any hurt that can be put on Crybaby Carter is good hurt.

Oh, I meant in terms of the Dubinsky / Richards feud history. Will always be glad to see Dubinsky beat the snot out of Richards (check video of the post i quoted)

was never a fan of Dubinsky but by all accounts he was a great teammate and a hard worker so for that, I thank him and wish him the best. I remember being at one of his first games at NVMC when he was wearing some obscure number in the 50s. May have actually been his first game as a Ranger but I can't say for sure.

Oh, certainly. I was thinking more of the pain of Carter watching his boyfriend get pummeled into the ice. Moar bonus is good bonus.
