Awards:
I wish the season started this week. Sucks even worse that we're likely looking at a lockout.

Just starting to sink in for me. RICK NASH! Can't wait for the season. Cap hit still worries me, but it's way too early for that.

Or if a team is balanced defensively you could spread the 3 stars over 3 lines.

There are plenty of options to give opposing teams to consider.

Nash Cally Gabby

Richards MDZ

That's a scarey PP "on paper"

The depth options are very exciting as well as the power forward upgrade to the top 6 either way they line em up.

Why are there never any Press Conferences for our big acquistions like the Knicks do? Hell, the they had one for old ass Camby/Kidd.

How long is the drive from NY to Columbus That would be fun to attend.
No point in going. We already lost. Dubinsky with an ovechtrick and Anisimov with 5 goals and 9 assists.

Does anyone think this creates holes? I think it does but two minor ones on the third line

Why worry? They are going for it now. As they should at this point. They just shed the two kids who aged out contract wise... and even if that wasnt the case who was keeping Dubi/Artie over Steps, Krieder, MDZ, McD ?

The cap hit is almost the same and the team is .... better. What more should Sather do?

Easier to fill a hole on bottom 6 then in the top 6.

I'm concerned about the down the middle stability but not enough to pass on this deal.

Apparently, our bottom 6 is going to bust faces and the top 6 is going to score goals while Henrik and our developing D shut the gate...

Rangers looking good

Two minor ones? It bumps Hagelin to the third line once Gaborik is back.

Hagelin - Boyle - Pyatt

Smooth ass hands?

He's a Ranger now. That means all he can do is wraparounds and board work.

By media and FANS, do they mean via TV, or can fans actually attend and maybe get an autograph afterwards?

As long as he doesn't pass more than he shoots, i'll be happy. And yes. Those hands will make us all really happy next year.

Rick Nash is an elite board player already...in that aspect he will fit right in.

As much as I wasn't in favor of Nash, can't really complain about this deal.
