I have no patience for people who make up rumors or feign fake excitement. It's not funny and just makes it more difficult to find information and form discussions.

SO, more nerves and tension for us?? .... if they announce Weber is a Flyer, we'll be on pins and needles for a few days after that waiting to see who we had to trade to get the picks back?

Hmm, a lotta people are doing Twitter searches on 'weber'. If someone wanted to cause mischief, they'd set up a new Twitter account and post something to send everyone scrambling....

I'd expect the agreement to be in place, as Nashville would have to confirm that they weren't matching. My guess is that they could announce it simultaneously

Well it kind of goes against anyone who says the Predators can match but are being held up because Weber wants to come to Philly.

Either the Preds can match and are just waiting it out, or they are scrambling to sort out their financials to see if they can come up with the money.

Dreger also said in this interview from earlier in the day that Flyers wanted both Nash and Weber and thought they had a better offer for Nash, but didn't meet requirement of including a center in the deal. Listen to interview in link above. He said Flyers are in on Doan too.
