Can you get legitimate deals at this thing, or is this a "10$ off a 200$ jersey" sale? I'm interested in going to check it out but won't bother if there isn't much of a point. Anybody that's gone in the past, can you give any insight to the 'deals' at this thing?
Last year they had $10 jerseys. The previous year they had $50 jerseys.
Are we talking like... $10 jeff carter doesn't play here anymore jerseys? What kind of stuff do they offer. Apparently I can go tomorrow (through work) and check it out before the general public. Id imagine they're going to have some WC jerseys, pucks etc..?
You laugh, but paying $10 for a Carter jersey and then paying an additional $15 to have the name replaced to Simmonds is a ton better than spending well over $100 for the same jersey.

No, I agree completely. Like I said, I'm just trying to gauge what they have. I figure if I'm going tomorrow during a limited time frame, I might have a shot at finding something half decent.
the super sale isnt until friday after the STH go in and get first dibs, but not at as big of a discount on Thursday. Last year within 2 hours it was all gone

Thursday there is a small window where aramark and comcast employees get to go in and raid the place, which is an umbrella I fall under. Guess ill head over and see what they got.
It's basically stuff of players that have been traded/left via free agency, old playoff stuff, and probably old Winter Classic stuff. I'll be going tomorrow.
When I went a few years ago it was great, yeah the stuff is from previous seasons, but I got some cool stuff, every t-shirt was 5 dollars, probably 300 bucks worth of gear for maybe 60 dollars.
Last year I went and it was really disappointing. They did away with the 5 dollar t-shirt and all the t-shirts were 15 dollars and up.
I'm really dsiappointed this year since now its on a Friday, at 1pm. Have to work, and even if I went down after work I have to fight Friday traffic into Philly at 5 pm, when it will most likely be picked over.
