I understand it's a need but for me I just expect guys that age to fill out and add a little muscle weight. It's just a natural progression for most young professional athletes. Because I was expecting it I just didn't see it as a "story" if that make any sense. Whatever the case, glad to hear of the physical maturation. Hopefully it pays off a bit short and long term. It should.

Llst in all this is the bigger question: WHY HAS BOLLAND BEEN UNABLE TO ADD WEIGHT/MUSCLE ALL THESE YEARS? He lists at 6'0 184....

Body type and metabolism has alot to do with adding weight. If you get too top heavy, it isnt good for the back as potential for back problems as you get older. Better to have strong legs. Shaw plays much bigger than what his weight would suggest.
