Your first post implied that you're switching from being a rangers fan to a CBJ fan. You can't be a fan of 2 teams.
No offense mate, by where the hell did you find your fan rulebook? Telling other people whether or not they're a fan of a team, or that they can't be fans of more than one team? Sounds like some playground ******** to me.

I'm a Rangers fan, first and foremost. When they're not playing, I'm looking for Detroit, Buffalo, Chicago, Columbus, Minnesota, and Phoenix to do well. And I specifically watch for Pitt, Philly, NYI, Boston, Vancouver, Edmonton, Wash, Toronto, and Monteal to lose horribly. I like some teams better than other.

Red Wings fan here in peace. Although I'd love to beat you guys everytime we play that's not realistic. And since we're in the new NHL where all teams are mobile I have to say... I do hope the Blue Jackets take steps forward. Why not? I've come to terms with the fact that the Wings won't dominate... and frankly I became a hockey fan when the Wings were terrible. It won't be the end of the world if Columbus is dominating the division... at least for a time.

More specifically, I'm happy for you guys that the Nash drama is over and you got some pieces to build around. Excited for you guys about Foligno and Jack Johnson too.

Something we can agree on too... Just beat Chicago!

Just realized this is in the Rangers thread... uh... Go Rangers!

In the 3rd post of this thread I cleared this up and said as a secondary team...

Eh, not really. I hope Artie and Dubi are the best players on their team, but for me I have always had a soft spot for the Avs out west. First with Sakic, then because i lived in Denver for 2 years.

I love hockey first, and the Rangers second, obviously I will only cheer for the Rangers to win as long as they are still in it. However I will definitely want to see the impact Dubinsky and Artie can make in Columbus. I will be watching whatever CBJ games I can.

Couldn't care less about CBJ, and the players we traded away. Sounds hard, but... whatever.

I actually HATED bratty, soft Erixon, so... pretty happy with how things worked out.

Still can't believe Sather pulled it off.

Trash for Nash

Can't win em all I guess

I will probably catch a few CBJ games to watch how Dubi/Artie are doing. I think this will be a fresh start for Colombus. But as far as Western teams go I'd rather watch the Avs

I am definitely exciting to watch CBJ and see how "our" guys are doing.

Dubi and AA really helped to restore the life of this organization (only us who lived through it can ever know just how bad period we had from fall of 97' to spring of 06'). Those guys, from Renney behind the bench to Jason Ward at the 4th line RW spot should always be remembered. As should the kids who subsequently joined the ranks.

Tim Erixon had a dream to play for the NYR as his fathered did, and sacrifized alot to get here. That's what this team is about. Being proud to play for it. You can't ask for much more.
