Eakin, then Fraser.

I might get flamed, but I'm thinking about voting A. Smith in the top-10. That kid is a scoring machine. He freaking tore it up at prospect camp and always seems to be in the right place with the puck on his stick. I played against him for a while too, so I'm a little biased.

Do remember he was 2-3 years older than everyone there at prospect camp. It would've been bad if he wasn't tearing it up.

I'd got Glennie next because I think he has the highest potential of the players up there left.

You think Glennie has more potential than Fraser? Anything to back up why you feel that way?

Glennie may be a disappointment but I'm not too sure Fraser's goal scoring translates to the NHL that well. Glennie's predominantly a playermaker and it playmaking talent translates easier.

Stats aren't everything, Ducks prospect Emerson Etem, scored 50 goals in 50 games this year in the WHL, he doesn't have much more than 30 goal potential in the NHL. Fraser had 37 goals last season for Texas but it's not like he has a wicked shot that can beat people with even if the rest of his game isn't up to par.

And honestly, it's not that much a difference. If a forward didn't have second line potential, unless he was really good defensively, he wouldn't be up here. Even Eakin, he's got second line upside, I just see Glennie having the highest of the guys that are left.

And for the record, I don't think like Glennie that much as a prospect anyway.

Honestly I don't even see why Eakin should be included in this poll, no one is familiar enough with him to compare him relative to the rest of our prospects, and he has already seen a fair amount of NHL time. Anywho, the top 6 prospects look sick! I remember even two years ago trying to find 6 players to get excited about in our prospect pool was tough.
