They started selling the sponsors tickets away half way through the day yesterday and still very little fans showed up to the later events and the early events today

The same thing happened here in Sydney. Regular people can't get their hands on tickets but empty seats for sponsors and media sections.

You can't get hold of a ticket without going to a tout, I think that's the problem.

They were giving the sponsors way too many tickets that they didn't re sell.. England started taking tickets away from them to put them on sale

Aww come on. I only liked the industrial revolution thing but the entire thing was just sloppy and all over the place.

Really? I thought it was pretty cool. Much, much better than I thought it was going to be.

Lmao... USA did a good job against Montenegro, they are a very underrated side!
A friend of mine got sent out in the GB v Romania game, and another (won't say friend this time... hated playing against the guy at junior level) sent one of the Romanians to the dressing room with a nasty cut around his eye. It is a real shame that the GB water polo committee fell out with 3-4 of our best players, or we would have been able to compete with Romania and possibly beat them.

I'm mainly watching Men's Football and then some other events when it's not on. Fencing is intense, cool thing to watch. This was my first time ever seeing Handball and it looks weird to me.
