Salzburg. (PM) EC Red Bull Salzburg is a great catch just before the first ice training and may soon welcome the NHL experienced Alex Auld in Salzburg. So now the position of goalkeeper is well staffed.
The 31-year-old Canadian is already a long and successful career look back, in which he at times when teams like the Vancouver Canucks, the Montreal Canadiens, the Boston Bruins and the New York Rangers in the NHL held the box clean. In the last season played Auld for the Ottawa Senators and the Red Bulls will increase in time before the first test match against the KHL club Metallurg Magnitogorsk.
Salzburg's head coach Pierre Pag thinks highly of the new man in his closing lines: "Alex Auld is a very talented goalie and has a great personality. He believes in the Red Bull hockey model and that he is so in salt-burg to take a step in the right direction. "

Lol there is basically only Salzburg's football (soccer that is), their hockey and formula 1 team that is named after energy drinks. In all of europe (which is pretty damn big bro)

Well at least they got a professional league, how about UK?

I've actually asked a few hockey interested guys from England and what not. They all had the same answer: ''No idea, I think so. No Idea what's it called though''.

The rest of the world don't have rich russian oil billionares etc. Most countries do not have that big of a population compared to America etc. Sweden for instance got around 9 million ppl living here. With football (soccer), handball and hockey spread out over those 9 million (all of them aren't interested in sports obviously). So it lowers the leagues income. We don't have a ton of ppl in our respective countries so it's hard to substain a real good league like SEL if you don't have adverts etc.

Same thing with Finland. And in Germany hockey isn't that big. Football (soccer) is huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge though.

I wasn't speaking soley on Red Bull, but what Red Bull is. A company with money who sponsors things. In this case, sports teams.

Red Bull also owns the New York FC soccer team. Their crest even has the Red Bull logo on it.

I remember the year after the lockout making the argument that he was better than Ryan Miller.

Plus a soccer club located in Leipzig and Munich's hockey team (starting in the upcoming season). This cancer is spreading in Germany as well...
