Maybe? I guess? I don't think we need to add here - not yet anyway.
1st line is overkill lol, gotta spread talent throughout. Nash plays 2nd line with kreider and stepan

There is do much fail in this one post.

I don't see why the locker room would have anymore of a problem with him than they would Asham.

I also don't see why he's been dumped by so many teams. Maybe there is a problem, who knows, but Moore is a far better player now than he was with us in 06-07.

Well, yeah they did play miserable hockey, but that's besides the point. I was just citing examples of players who have taken cheapshots at Rangers who ended up with the team when you think they never would.

It's only fair, no?

Yeah, because it's logical to trade McDonagh for a 3rd line center. Would you do that?

Also, Sather has a habit of getting his way in trades. It's not something you can argue.

Considering how much Gaborik had played with Stepan last year, I would assume youd swap Gabby in for Nash, and let Nash play on Richards' wing with Callahan or Hagelin depending how Torts feels about those lines

Pfft, 3rd line centers are very valuable. I'd even throw in Nash

It's a good problem to have when u are discussing Nash on the 1st or 2nd line... Besides with Torts, our top 9 will play with all sorts of players

If you can fit the cap for one season I think Tim Connolly could be a really good fit. Is there another position of relative weakness on the Rangers where the leafs could add for a higher pick or better prospect?

Even still, the depth is there - I actually do see the RikRoll line (RICK Nash, Brad RIChards and Marian GaboRIK) being a thing as we're kind of short a LW and I can't see Callahan playing 3rd line minutes.

He appeared to be back to that "fluke" form before Chris Neil bludgeoned his head. He can get to 15 again.

Personally, I'd trade Evgeni Malkin for Eric Belanger. Seems like a fair trade.

I'd even throw in Per Djoos on top of Malkin.

That's too much for Brodziak. Sauer is a top-4 defenseman when healthy and a good one at that.

You have to give some to get some, Brodziak is worth Sauer for your team at this point.

No he's not. My team is fine with Boyle as 3rd line center.

If it is needed, we can go grab Dominic Moore for nothing.

Moore is either not playing or staying in SJ.

Change the 2nd to a 3rd and I'd do it.

My reasoning:
If Sauer was healthy, I'd keep Sauer since I love his game, but he has a long list of injuries. I honestly don't think he is capable of staying healthy. It is too bad because he is rock solid.

And i would change it, bit of risk for Wild but you get instant value in Brodziak.

Boyle is fine as our 3c. This Ranger team with full year of CK, second NY year of Richards, and oh yeah Rick Nash is better than our team last year when boyle was playing 3c
