He's been rumored and struggling this year. Crazy that he was so great in his rookie season and won ROY and then just kinda fell off.

Yep. It's sad really. I remember waiting on the Ricky Henderson addition. Tail end of his career but it was Ricky Henderson or adding David Cone. Those were the days. Now apparently it's JA Happ we are supposed to get excited about or some minor leaguer that's "blue chip", "5 tools" player with "tremendous upside" that will be ready in 5 years increasing the quality of the prospect pool greatly.

Depending on the minor leaguers the Braves gave up I think that those are 2 great pick-ups for them.


The way Soto has played this year I don't see how having him as your back-up over Torreabla is a move worth making.

Jays never really liked snider did they? I wasn't a big fan either but seems he got a raw deal here.

Not a fan of this trade. The Jays are going to regret giving up on Travis. He's going to shine in Pittsburgh. For a guy who isn't good enough to pitch in the bloody Pirates rotation.

4-2, 2.67 ERA.

AA should be making at least 1 more deal. Lets see what he does.

I have a STRONG feeling that this is just to acquire a piece to move in another deal. Lincoln doesnt seem like someone that would fit into our model.

Im calling him as part of an upton deal ala the rasmus deal.
