Trade

to :
Daniel Alfredsson
Chris Neil (enforcer)

To :
Mason Raymond
Zach Kassian
Ladislav Smid
Joesph Labate

I have more depth than I expected and I want to win now so I have people to fill most of these holes and make my team better now. Kassian is the main peice I didn't want to lose

This should help both teams. Thanks for the dealings! I couldn't turn down a first line winger

St Louis confirms the deal. Glad to bring in Raymond and Kassian who both could grab a top 6 role on a good Vancouver team.

Really hoping Kassian becomes a 50 point enforcer

If anyone wants Smid I will deal him for a 3rd round pick. Frolik will be dealt for a 2nd. First offer for each gets them

I don't think Kassian qualifies as an enforcer? He isn't even a pest. Just a power forward, right?

I did not mean I will use him as a enforcer. Just maybe he turns into a Neil type guy with more points later on in his career

Am I the only one that thinks its ******** that St. Louis is 11M over the cap right now. The rest of us are below it and are operating with that as the actual number that we cant go over. He keeps making moves that are adding salary and the move he supposedly had to clear 8M in cap last week has yet to be seen

The NHL allows 10% over cap in the off season. That is definitely less than 8 mill over the cap!!!!!

8

My starting lineup of 18 players and 2 goalies currently sits at 4 mil over, not 11. It will be fixed before the start of the year.

Sorry about no bidding lately guys.

And don't worry about STL's cap.. if it's back to below the cap when the season starts then it doesn't matter. I'm not going to bother going by the 10% rule.

Nashville gets Smid because they were lower in the standings than Tampa.
