Looking For a Few Good Inline Hockey Players

I play in an adult league in Fontana. Playoffs start next Thursday (the 12th).

My team could use two or three decent players. Forwards or defenseman.

If anyone is interested let me know. It shouldn't cost anything.

Games are at 6:30/7:30/8:30PM on Thursday nights.

Our game on the 12th is at 8:30PM.

It's an 8 team league with no designated skill level. I'd say most players are probably intermediate.

Not the best pics, but these are all I've got:

Here's a video of some game action (not my team): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kr_8exu5ThI

I would like to play. I haven't played in a while but I am a decent skater. And, as you know, skating is the most important part about playing hockey.

I can play offense or defense, whichever you need.

So I've got two players signed up. Anybody else?

More details:
4 on 4 game play, no offsides, no icing, no ties (5min OT then shoot out), full slap shots allowed.

Skates, shin guards, cup, elbow pads, gloves, and helmets required.

Rink is located at Fontana Park right across the street from Summit High School.

The playing surface is polished concrete.

For anyone that's interested, there's pick up hockey tomorrow night (Thursday the 2nd) at the rink. It's free. There's usually goalies there and lots of skaters.

They'll probably be free pick up every Tuesday and Thursday night for a while until the next season starts.

Any older guys frequent the pickup games. By older I mean guys like LBFF (you know early 50's)

What's LBFF?

We actually had one guy on our team that was in his 60's. (We were desperate for players)

Most of the guys that frequent pickup are in there 20's and 30's, and there's a few that look like they could be in their 40's. Anyone is free to give it a try though.

I'll give you a hint, the F stands for "Foo".
