Despite the fact that I always talk about the low odds of a second-rounder making it, I have more faith in our scouting staff than that of almost any other team in the league. (I just don't like crazy expectations for draftees.)
Boo has size, speed and decent hockey sense. Could be another Sjostrom, could be another Hagelin, could even be another Kreider. Let's see how he develops, but I like this draft pick.
With Fogarty, I'd like to see what he can do at a higher level. With Lindberg, I don't know enough, but I'm a little turned off by his being sent down from the SEL for a few games.

I agree, a vote is a vote, even if it is close. All of these guys are going to be close, I'd prefer not to do a tie-breaker every time, especially when it wasn't actually tied.
When I called the tie-breaker, it was at only 2 votes difference, then when I was typing, Lindberg got a few votes. Now it's tied between him and Nieves, with Fog a few votes behind. I don't like calling close votes because then people think I picked that particular moment to call it because my guy went ahead. Tie-breakers prevent accusations of bias.

Then just leave each poll open for the same amount of time.
