I also see a Swede voting for a Swede.

Please enlighten me and tell why Phillips isn't higher is this poll? He seems to have such soft hands and I think he understands the game quite well. He lacks in skating and physicality. What else is there that speaks for his bustness?

8 other players have arguably a brighter future than him. It is not about Phillips being bad. It is about other prospects being good.

Johan Gustafsson?

Typical homer vote by a random Swedish poster.

He performed next to Huberdeau, and with Coyle and he actually plays a two way game, goes to the corners and has grit.
Getting Phillips, Coyle or Larsson to be a well rounded player takes more time but they are the most complete offensive talents we have IMO.

To me he is the most udervalued prospect, Bussieres is probably the second, i could almost consider a bet.

I agree with ya. Phillps gets results. His hockey IQ is as good as any prospect we have besides Granlund.

Lol, what's fishy?

You guys mad I vote for Gustafsson? It's funny, I just read the thread about Brodin being drafted, everyone complained about the pick even tho you knew nothing about him. Do you guys even know how good Gustafsson is? He's one of the best goalies in the SEL at just 20 years old, he helped win the WJC gold for Sweden. Do you guys realize you have a top end goalie prospect in Johan Gustafsson? I get that you all like Phillips better, but it's not that much of a stretch for someone to give Gustafsson a vote for #9 prospect.

This my first time visiting the Minnesota Wild section, probably won't be visiting much in the future, so just wanna say you have a really bright future with a lot of high end prospects, should be fun and interesting to watch Minnesota the next few seasons, I sure will be following them a lot more. Best of luck to your organisation.

Sorry I messed up your poll
