No, not that I know of.

Authentic is the best quality (not the Indonesia ones), Premier is the next best quality and a Chinese knockoff would be the worst quality.

I heard back from Cosby's this morning about my Dubinsky jersey...they want 200 to strip it and stick on Callahan's name and number with the A and an 85th Anniversary patch. For that I might as well just buy a new jersey. The guy said they sell authentic ones for 330...do you guys know if they are the good Canadian ones or the crappy Indonesian ones?

Do you know of any legit sites that actually have Authentics in stock? All of my usual places appear to be out at the moment.

I don't think any of the stores have them because they might be restocking them or getting ones from Canada.

I know there are some sites out there that do customization or lettering for sports jerseys I can't remember off the top of my head, can anyone point me in that direction? I am considering taking over my mother's small business and might do some lettering/customization type stuff on the side.

Went to the NHL Store yesterday and got a Nash Heritage jersey. Its the replica but the numbers and letters are stitched on. My friend got a Larsson jersey custom made and his was kind of hot pressed on. I paid 205 and he paid 170 but my jersey's quality was well worth 30 more.

I got a Callahan one done there too. Bought a blank primier for $125 and customized it to put Cally's name , # and the C on with the authentic stitching instead of the heat-press garbage that is used for most primiers. Most of the jerseys they have there were stitched personally though. They have like a few heat-pressed Richards jerseys but the rest are the primiers with authentic stitching.

Well worth the $205. Plus I picked up a Nash player tee for $25.

So I know they're not hockey jerseys but I got an authentic Yankees Jeter and a "premier" Giants Tuck jersey from SportsK and they're both amazing. I also ordered a customized premier NHL jersey (I don't want to admit who it is because it's not for me, it's a gift for my best man... sigh) so when that comes back, I'll give details but as I got my Girardi jersey from them a few years back I'm expecting it to be outstanding as usual.

Not sure where you're located, but I was in the NHL store today and they had authentics in stock.

ICEJERSEYS.COm is running another summer sale through Friday at Noon.

40% off any purchase over $80 which would get you a customized Premier jersey for $119 shipped...Not bad.

No authentics in stock though.

When you click it, it says it excludes jerseys/sweaters.

I'm waiting for $5 customization again. I think $74 customization on a $50 kids jersey is crazy..

Considering Cosby's makes the jerseys for the Rangers, I would say they are the real thing. However, it is very easy to remove the stitched on numbers. Go to Michael's, get a stitch cutter. Costs about $1. You can cut the stitches of the letters and have it done in 20 minutes.

Cosby's does not make the Rangers' jerseys. They lost that contract years ago. For the most part, their customizations are both inaccurate and overpriced.

Wait, did Cosby's make the Rangers' jerseys? Like the actual team wore em? I'm just asking because a while back my brother was able to get a guy to sell his Kisio jersey to him for $50 and a round of drinks. On the bottom back of the jersey, it says "Cosby's" on it with the fight strap.

did not know they lost their contract. I disagree on the inaccurate. They are expensive, but it is done right.

When Kisio played, yes. Although the cosby patch/stamp doesnt mean it is game worn. Cosbys has sold tons of jerseys and it is most likely a jersey that was bought by a fan.

1933 Rangers Sweater, Doug Brennan

Hello Rangers fans

My great great uncle was part of the 1933 Rangers Stanley Cup winning team, Doug Brennan. I was wondering is it possible to get a replica sweater with his number 15 from this time? Googled around a little and can't find anything from this time period.

I just won a 1933 sweater on eBay and gave it to my stepfather. There should be more around....uncustomized though...

Cosbys does not stock the correct nameplate material for any Rangers edge jersey. If you're okay with the wrong material then I suppose they are close, but still not accurate.

This is my Nash jersey from Cosby's. It's amazing. How anyone can complain about a Cosby's product is beyond me...

That's a premier, so the numbers are really small. Not trying to start a war, just letting people know that there are better options to send your jersey to then having it done at Cosby's where the nameplate material will be wrong automatically.

First, that is very cool. You should be proud.

Second, i searched for you on ebay and found this beaty:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1933-NHL-Sta...item19d13f125c

Beautiful jersey.

Looks blank, so you could get it customized with your great uncle's number.

Though, you may be able to find one for a lesser price.

Keep us updated!
