Masturbation, Team Fortress 2, and eating. Sometimes at the same time.

Sometimes I even cut myself to see how much it bleeds. It's like adrenaline the pain is such a sudden rush for me.

I like to bat around a little ball with a bell in it and rub against table legs.

Stress is an emotional reaction. Nothing stresses you out; you stress yourself out over things. In other words, you cause your stress by reacting badly to situations. The best way to "deal" with stress is to try to prevent it from developing in the first place. Take things in good humor, brush things off and rationalize others that you can't brush off. Address things in a positive manner quickly, before you even have time to stress over them (i.e. don't let things stew and fester). It's easier said than done, but people who you know that are happy all of the time are relatively stress-free not because there aren't potentially-stressful things in their lives, too, but because they do a better job of not letting themselves get stressed by them.

...

Now comes that inevitable moment when I realize that I've taken yet another Lounge thread too seriously and all of the Loungers are laughing at me for doing so. This frequent embarrassment is, dare I say it, stressful...

I do roughly about 15km of biking and 5-7km of jogging a day. I rarely feel stressed.

I use my impressively large modulus of elasticity to push back against the stress.

Play guitar or exercise. I do at least one of them daily so I'm pretty stress free...

Video games. I can't achieve in life so I seek virtual success and acceptance to make up for it.

Oh and the guy above too. I make loud noises on my guitar, that works as well.

I don't stress.

Which is why I will live longer than everyone. Stress isn't healthy for you.

This is true, but there are many factors in our ****ed up society that causes people to stress themselves out - such as working for 1/3 of your life, and the huge number of *******s you will come accross.
