I'm still shaking after that 10k. Galen Rupp wins the US' first medal since 1964 and outkicks Bekele. Again. I'm sure none of the posters on this board care about distance running, but that was a really big deal.

Haven't seen it yet but one of the few that will be interested in it as I do a lot of races myself. These times so far just make me sick.
There are actually a handful in the women's weightlifting that are pretty good looking. There was one from I think Bulgaria that was smokin hot. If you saw them and they weren't flexing, you wouldn't realize they were Olympic weightlifters.
Few sports I would want to rip my eyes out watching. Trampoline last night was a complete joke. Most I wouldnt make time to watch. If they're on, fine but otherwise Ill catch the replay. I like track sprint events the best. Field and stream (swimming) is ok.

Yeah that was brutal. Also couldn't believe Canada got screwed out of the Bronze. The Japanese chick fell/faltered, and the Canadian chick didn't have any major flaws, at least nothing like that. Although with the judging in the Olympics thus far, it's not exactly surprising.
I dont like events that require judging. 9.5 with a slight flaw. F..k that nonsense. Absolute time, distance or accuracy (archery, shooting et al.) or nothing which eliminates gymnastics, diving and all the other bs events.

I'm the same way, but that would get rid of a ton of events if they did eliminate the sports with judges.
I could be completely wrong, but I gotta imagine diving has some awful judging just with how that sport is... if you know what I mean.

The Chinese girl received a deduction - the problem is that one of the elements to the score is how long it takes you to actually finish your routine and the Canadian's time was slow.
It's too bad for Canada that the Chinese athlete didn't fall earlier in the routine - because if you wall your routine is automatically over (our male medal hopeful was eliminated by an early fall)...however, she fell at the end of her routine, after all her elements had been completed, the only repercussion was the deduction.
Most definitely. The ass on the right is just beautiful but it doesn't seem to fit right with the rest of her frame. The one on the left is nice to, but I prefer the ones that a certain Sir Mix-Alot loves to rhyme about.
