How did the Leafs beat you guys in 67?

You obviously don't know much about hockey history. In 1967 the year before the expansion which brought, Philly, LA, St-Louis, Minneasota, Oakland and Pittsburgh to the NHL in 1967-68. There was only one conference of six teams. The Hawks were 1st and lost the the 3rd placed Maple Leafs and the Habs were second and they won against the 4th placed Rangers. Then we lost to the Maple Leafs.

And since it's the last cup T.O ever saw, it just proves that they can't win a cup in a league with more than six teams.

I think the '67 Habs were one of the most disappointing squads in Habs history. With Expo67 going on and everything the city was devastated when they lost. Though credit to the Leafs they had a great team.
