It says the Men's 100m Semifinal is up next...
Does that mean there will be contestants that will run 2 races within an hour? Since the final is about an hour away.

Cool. I guess the answer is yes. They will run a couple of races today, the ones that qualify?
I have to wait a couple of hours now. darn it..
As fast as that american was, when he left the pack behind, he still only clocked 9.82 which isn't even close to winning the 100m final.
Bolt will clock 9.5x.. Incredible.

No matter how many times I watch the 100m, it still boggles my mind how fast these men are.

Bolt eased up alot, racing as hard as he can in the final he can probably break his WR. Imagine if he was even a decent starter, he'd probably get could get 9 flat or lower.

This will go down as the greatest 100m dash in history, the strongest full field mankind has ever seen.

Impossible mechanics, his top end speed is due to his stride length, there is no way one can be an amazing starter built like that.
One can argue tho, that with his leg length his is already an amazing starter.

I would be too if I was one of the fastest sprinters in the world in one of the most famous events in the Olympics. This is going to be exciting.

Haha I guess but when your sport lasts less than 10 seconds, you gotta have some filler right?
