And NBC will be glad to show it to you....tonight in prime time.

Pathetic.

I watched it on my iPad. Screw NBC's schedule.

They could easily show this stuff live on one of the 5 channels they have set aside for coverage, then replay it again in prime time on the main NBC affiliate. They'd get BETTER aggregate ratings that way. But they won't. Because they're stupid.

The team that April Ross and Jen Kessy just defeated in womens beach volleyball - sucks I had to root against them.

Marketa Slukova and Krystina Kolocova - Czech Republic - http://cdn.bleacherreport.net/images...jpg?1343694992

I would link to another picture but I'll probably get banned from here.

So I was flipping through some Olympic stuff and stumbled across a list of everyone who has won a medal this year.

Two names stuck out to me. One guy from Georgia has the last name of

SHAVDATUASHVILI

and a guy from China (or was it Japan) who's name is DONG DONG.

Did anyone see the badminton teams who got disqualified? they didn't even make it convincing that they were trying to lose.

I had tickets for Brazil vs New Zealand in football but couldn't go

Good thing London shelled out billions for this:

http://www.businessinsider.com/roubi...y-empty-2012-8

The IOC is the most corrupt organization on the planet. It's entire existence is built on shaking down world governments while it's members are a bunch of worthless European aristocratic parasites.

Now back to your regularly scheduled Olympic broadcast....

I know most of us here aren't Jets or Jags fans, but kudos to them for allowing Nick Mangold to go see his sister compete and Aaron Ross to see his wife compete.

Spent a chunk of the day clearing off this past week's DVR'd events. I think we're up to Thursday's primetime stuff.

Fast, a lot of skill, but questionable character and parties too much in the off-season.

Interesting NBC stat : Only two countries in the world didn't have a live broadcast of Bolt's 100M win available to them.

North Korea
United States

Well, with climate change accelerating, I think that makes him an interesting investment.

We're up through Wednesday's events on the DVR, plus watching a bit of live throughout the day yesterday.

I hate to admit, I haven' really enjoyed track and field since Jenner in '76. Impressive athletes, no doubt, but it simply doesn't interest me. Hell, I'd rather watch darts than the 1500m....

Also, women's pole vault finals. Jen Suhr from Fredonia has already cleared 4.55M, waiting on everyone else.
