Deadmarsh would get pounded but tried.

Foote was Shannys personal punching bag.

David Koci.

dude is a monster, (and a sweet guy) but just can not fight other heavyweights.

Tetarenko used to lose fights quite frequently. He would usually start out great and then out of nowhere just get absolutely pummeled

Also, it might just be me but I have watched Hordichuk lose his fair share.

As mentioned, Colin Fraser is a horrible scrapper.

I wouldn't consider Andrew Peters or Riley Cote punching bags. They were legitimate heavyweights, but neither were great fighters.

Hordichuk can really throw 'em. However, he's getting old. Kassian knocked him around last year.

On the opposite end, Corson I've always thought was a very underrated fighter when he was inclined to drop them. He could really tune guys up.

I probably just caught him at the worst times lol. That is a good point about getting older. After a certain age, a lot of fighters don't do as well much like players I suppose. Of course, some were still great later on in their careers but even as early as around 32 which is around Darcy's age, there tends to be a drop off.

Jody Shelley is another example of how guys kinda lose their fighting ability as they get older. Shelley can still throw, but he's not as effective as he was earlier in his career.

I don't think Max Talbot has ever won an NHL fight.

I think it has more to do with miles than age. You can only take a punch so well for so long. Some of these guys who have been around for a while have no chin anymore.

Chris Neil frequently made a punching bag out of Adam Mair in OTT-BUF games after the lockout

Keith Magnuson was my first thought. He got thrashed all the time. Sadly for him, he was also a bleeder, which made his beatings look even worse.

A couple of years back, Jeff Cowan took regular beatings as the Canucks resident "heavyweight". Those were brutal times... especially for Cowan.

Ian Laperrière. The guy was a warrior, no doubt about that. But what I remember of him on the Avs is he would either lose or draw in a scrap...never really remember him pounding anybody.
