That's for set plays. Goalies aren't allowed to hold onto the ball in their hands more than 6 seconds.

is it still 3-3? Yahoo has Canada with 4 goals on the stat sheet (Sinclair x 3 and Schmidt with 1) but I assume that's wrong based on blogs etc
