I went with Caputi.

I don't think we still own Perlini's rights. It doesn't sound like we made him an offer after he left school. I think if he stays with us, it will come down to him showing up at camp to try out.

Edit: Never mind, I think we still technically own them until August 15th.

As much as I don't think Heed will succeed in the NHL, his 30 points in 47 games in Allsvenskan can't be overlooked this late in the polls. He was 2nd among defensemen in the league and had more points than FORWARDS with NHL experience such as Matt Keith (former Duck, sort of) and Matt Ryan (former King), while playing less games than both of them.
