I bought The Devil May Cry HD Collection.
Worth the $30 I spent on it at Gamestop

For my fellow gadget and space geeks... this is the nerd equivalent of pitching a perfect game.

By the way, a lot of people don't know how big this thing is. It weighs about a ton and is the size of a small car.

Dubbed the 'Seven Minutes of Terror', the landing sequence involved a super-intense thermal burn, followed by a parachute, then a jet pack, and then a freaking Sky Crane... this was one impressive landing, and it was all done by automated systems.

The 'Seven Minutes of Terror' starts about 4:20 in.

And someone still keeps cutting onions when I watch it.

I'm finally hoping to be caught up by the end of the week(I have about 3 episodes left in the previous season). It's going to be sad when I do since I've been watching at every opportunity for 2 weeks now.

I'd rather have Perry and I think he's more likely to become a free agent because he seems like a greedy person just based on the way he plays hockey. He deserves a huge contract.

Science channel debuted an hour show on Curiosity this evening. Shots from mission control (@ JPL) before/during/after landing. Plus lots of interviews with engineers, scientists who built her and hope to be analyzing the data for years (decades?).

Problem is Heatley's baldspot is source of his power.

Just got back from a week long trip to Maui last night. Now I'm back at work. I don't know if there is a worse feeling in the world than the one I'm feeling now

true! Sorry we didn't connect, Rude. Did you end up making it to Maui Brewing Co? We randomly stumbled on it on the way home from snorkeling. We were pretty disappointed with it.

Having a smart phone can sometimes be bad for your health. While on a porcelain cruise I passed time by purchasing all 6 movies of Star Wars.

Primary reason, my 28 year old g/f has never seen any....shocking, right?

Guess you need to follow a Bay Area news feed or something.

Big fire (but not explosion) yesterday/night at Richmond refinery. Shelter in place impose for some time.

(Now I'm seeing stories that this may impact out gas prices @ the pump, IOW, higher).

What is a porcelain cruise? Is that a euphemism for the toilet? You bought all 6 star wars movies while on the can? lol

When it rains, it pours.

I was just complaining a week ago how I can't even get interviews for jobs these days. Then 1 interview request came in, then yesterday 3 more came in. Which is great...but man do I hate interviewing. It's nervewracking and I'm always the mess the day of. And these are just phone interviews right now.

Yeah, turned out it was literally at the end of the block from our condo. We probably went like three times over the course of the week!

It was nothing fancy, but i did a little research so i knew what to expect. Otherwise i thought the beer was pretty good. I can see why their Coconut Porter is famous!

Jesus. I used to drive by that refinery on my way to class ... hopefully the only gas prices that rise are in California, eh?

I'm pretty sure the color is shopped, but it's still color damnit!

Also, color pics and HD video should come later this week/next week
