Since we probably aren't going to see this (except the boat part obviously) in the Heatley episode, I will post that video.

Pains me to say it but Granlund does not have ups.

The music was a little too epic for "Air Granlund".

Wow tons of kettlebells at Mikko's training facility. Curious to know how many NHL'ers use them. I just got a new 40 lb KB and it is MURDER on the forearms. And I have Popeye forearms that are massive and a great wrist shot relative to my skill level! I was just thinking NHL'ers working with 53 lb or higher KB's would probably knock out half their training with just that exercise.

KB + sled training (what Mikko was doing) would probably knock out 90% of their training needs.

Also was Heatley seriously deadlifting ~ 125 pounds?

Clutter looks like he's in great shape compared to the past few years.

Seems like Heater was relaxing, then the Becoming Wild guys showed up so he went and got the lightest weight possible just so he could do a little something for the camera. Agree with Jarick though, Clutter looks to be in better shape than the last couple years.

Other than that. . . .

Veilleux is going for bike rides

Granlund is playing basketball

Brodziak is running up stairs

The music was so anti-climactic for that episode.

Hopefully Gilbert's hair is glorious by the time the season starts... Team needs more hockey hair.

I've biked that trail in Eagan that the ginger was on a while back with a friend and on his spare mountain bike. Pretty crazy stuff.

Liked the patent Heatley UW reference.

Are you kidding me. Veilleux is one of my favorite players and I really hope he plays on our 4th line over Kassian. He is always hustling and it just brings me back to the days when him and Dupuis were my favorite players.

Side note: That is a good park for biking and man does he speak a little french or something haha
