I think Yakupov has the best career, but I think Granlund puts up more points next year.

Huberdeau. At least I want him to do. But Granlund has a very good shot at making the most pts.

Granlund:
second liner
runs powerplay
more complete player than Huberdeau or Yakupov
= more points

Granlund, think he's in a better situation to accumulate points this year than the other two.

Yakupov. He'll be playing with a combination of Hall, RNH, Eberle, Gagner, Hemsky, Smyth, or Paajarvi.

it's the optimist in me that thinks Granlund will be in a better position to score (more ice time; i'm going to say most of his pts are assists) but really could go to any one of the three without surprising me at all. i hope the Wild are out of the NW by the time the Oiler's kids figure out how to play well together...that's going to be sick.

Wild fan here saying Yakupov puts up the most points this season.

It's not so much about the players themselves, but the supporting cast. I think Yakupov will benefit more playing on a line with what I'm guessing will be Gagner and Hemsky than Granlund will playing on a line with Bouchard and Seto mainly because Bouchard will likely get another concussion and be replaced by Matt Cullen. Both will likely see significant PP time but in the end, I think Yak will get 60-65 pts while Granlund will get 45-50 pts, assuming both stay healthy.

If Yakupov plays in the NHL this year, it will be close between him and Granlund, but if he waits a year or lockout, Yakupov.

I think Huberdeau and Granlund will have very very good careers. Consistent 65-70 point players.

Yakupov, IMO, is a Bure-type player. A 50 goal, 80+ point type player that just leaves you with your jaw on the ground.

It'd have to be between Huberdeau or Granlund. I think Granlund will thrive more due to him getting more better linemates.

Yakupov. I don't think it'll be close when you factor in who he might be playing with.

I think Huberdeau will be a better player in his rookie season than Yakupov, but Yakupov will score more given the talent he'll likely get to play with.

Interested to see how Granlund adjusts to the NHL, but I think it will be Yakupov. Talented linemates, Oils will let their offense loose, and the pressure is more on Hall, Eberle, Hemsky.

I'll take the guy who will be getting fed from Ales "Pass First, Ask Questions second" Hemsky and Sam "I got 8 pts in a game, did you?" Gagner.
