As of today, Krejci. He plays centre, led a cup-winning team in scoring during both the regular season and playoffs, and has had more consistency in the scoring department over the previous four years. He's not leaps and bounds more valuable than Lupul, but it was an easy answer for me nonetheless.
Lupul has one good season with two average ones YEARS back, and is terribly injury prone, Krejci hasn't had a bad season outside of his first year, which actually wasn't too bad for a rookie season. An average 52 points in the 09-10 season yes, but that would be Lupul's second best season. Krejci led the playoffs in scoring against the previous two Art Ross winners, and was the #1C of the Stanley Cup champs.
there's a reason why Leafs are at the bottom while Bruins are at the top. Lupul's had one good/great season, Krecji been good for several years now and he's younger. Lupul+ but still wouldn't trade him for Lupul.

Krejci is younger, plays C which is typically more valuable, and is consistent. To me, one good season from Lupul is not nearly enough. I need to see a few years of consistent production to believe he is the real deal. I honestly will be shocked if he repeats what he did last season.
